in dieser WG werden ab den 5. März 2025 zwei Zimmer untervermietet:
1. Das erste Zimmer ist 31 qm groß. Durch die Lage zum Garten raus ist es sehr ruhig. Es kostet 393 im Monat.
2. Das zweite Zimmer setzt sich zusammen aus einem Durchgangszimmer (18 qm) und dem dahinter liegenden Zimmer (19,25 qm). Dir stehen demnach ganze 37,25 qm zur Verfügung. Hier beläuft sich die Miete auf 428,82,- (260,73,- Kaltmiete).
Da die Zimmer so groß sind ist es auch vorstellbar, dass ihr als Paar mietet.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 118 qm groß.
Die Zimmer werden vom 05.03.2025 bis 30.06.2025 untervermietet mit option auf Verlängerung. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten! Interviews werden voraussichtlich an diesem Donnerstag, den 27.02. Tagsüber stattfinden :)

Two rooms in this shared flat will be sublet from March 2025:
1. The first room is 31 square metres in size. It is very quiet due to its location facing the garden.
2. The second room is made up of a connecting room (18 sqm) and the room behind it (19.25 sqm). You therefore have 37.25 square metres at your disposal. 428,82€ warm.
As the rooms are so large, it is also conceivable that you could rent as a couple.
The flat is 118 square metres in total.
The rooms are sublet from 05.03.2025 to 30.06.2025 with an option to extend. The rent includes all utilities! Interviews are expected to take place on Wednesday 27 February during the day :)
Du wohnst direkt in der Rigaerstraße. Hier gibt es das Hausprojekt Rigaer 94, hinter das wir solidarisch stehen. Highlights sind der Forki und die Nähe zu diversen linken Kneipen.
Öffis, wie Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind um die Ecke.
Und es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte.

You live directly in Rigaerstraße. There's the Rigaer 94 housing project here, which we stand behind in solidarity. There is the Forki and the proximity to various left-wing pubs.
Public transport such as the tram, underground and S-Bahn are just around the corner.
There are various supermarkets.
Ich bin Mina und wohne in der schönen Rigaer Straße in Friedrichshain.
Unsere WG ist ein Ort, an dem wir uns wohlfühlen und das Leben gemeinsam genießen. Wir bringen gerne enge Freunde mit nach Hause, kochen ab und zu zusammen und verbringen spontane Plauderrunden in der Küche – sei es bei einem Kaffee, Bier oder einem Glas Wein. Unsere Türen stehen füreinander meistens offen, und ein entspanntes Miteinander ist uns wichtig.
Zum Thema Sauberkeit: Wir haben einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert, und legen gemeinsam Wert auf eine angenehme, saubere Atmosphäre – ohne Perfektionismus, aber mit Rücksicht aufeinander.
Gerade gibt es einen Umbruch in der WG. Zwei Mitbewohner:innen sind ausgezogen, und ich werde voraussichtlich ab Ende März als Hauptmieterin den Mietvertrag übernehmen. Da der Auszug recht kurzfristig war, sind die Zimmer vorerst nur befristet untervermietet – langfristig sollen sie aber wieder fest vergeben werden.

I'm Mina and I live in the beautiful Rigaer Straße in Friedrichshain.
Our shared flat is a place where we feel comfortable and enjoy life together. We like to bring close friends home, cook together from time to time and have spontaneous chats in the kitchen - be it over a coffee, a beer or a glass of wine. Our doors are usually open to each other and a relaxed atmosphere is important to us.
On the subject of cleanliness: we have a cleaning schedule that rotates on a weekly basis and together we emphasise a pleasant, clean atmosphere - without perfectionism, but with consideration for each other.
There has just been a change in the flat share. Two flatmates have moved out and I will probably take over the tenancy agreement as the main tenant from the end of March. As the move out was quite short notice, the rooms are only sublet for a limited period of time for the time being - but in the long term, they should be made permanent again.
Seit anfang 2020 ist die Ostseeplatz Genossenschaft Besitzer*in von unserem Haus und somit hat das Haus es mit viel Glück geschafft einem Investor anhand des Vorkaufsrechts den Rücken zu kehren. Dies hat unsere Hausgemeinschaft sehr gestärkt.

Since this year, the Ostseeplatz Cooperative is the owner of our house and therefore the house has managed with a lot of luck to turn its back on an investor by means of the right of first refusal. This has strengthened our house community.
