Ich suche für drei Wochen im November eine Person, da ich auf Reisen sein werde. Das Zimmer ist perfekt für dich, wenn du in einer hellen und ruhigen Unterkunft wohnen möchtest! Ich habe schöne Pflanzen, ich hoffe, du kannst dich um sie kümmern, wenn nicht es ist nicht so schlimm : ) Du wirst auch mit einem schönen Hund leben, Ramon, du kannst auf jedem Fall mit ihm spielen, wenn du möchtest.
Unsere Wohnung ist 160 m² groß, daher haben wir ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Küche (Kochausrüstung, Geschirrspüler) mit Balkon, 2 Badezimmer (eins mit Waschmaschine), Flur.
Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und fertig eingerichtet (bequemes Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl, ein Kleiderschrank) und ein Balkon nur für dich! Jedoch werde ich es auf Grund der kurzen Dauer nicht vollständig ausräumen. Genügend Stauraum für deine Sachen sind aber natürlich vorhanden. Du wirst das Badezimmer mit Jesus teilen. Wenn du keine Pflanzen haben möchtest, kann ich sie bei meinen Mietbewohnern lassen! Ich möchte nur, dass sie ohne mich überleben!

Apartment in Berlin for sublease (march 2024)
Hey hey ! I am looking for someone, who wants to live in my lovely apartment in Berlin Tempelhof. I will be traveling and it will be great if you wanna have a bright and quiet place to stay! I have beautiful plants. You also will be living with a lovely dog Ramon, you can play around with him, if you want to.
Our apartment is 160 sqm, so we have a huge living room with balcony, kitchen (cooking equipment, dishwasher) with balcony, 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), hall.
The room is 18 sqm, Ready-furnished (comfortable bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe for your clothes) You will be sharing one bathroom with Jesus. If you don´t like plants I will leave them with my others roomies! I just don’t want that them to die.
Unsere WG liegt im Stadtteil Tempelhof. Du brauchst nur 10 min zu Fuß zum Tempelhofer Feld! Es sind nur 4 min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn Alt-Tempelhof (U6) und 10 min bis zur S-Bahn Tempelhof, also du bist schnell und überall mit der Ring.
Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut: zum Lidl oder Edeka sind es weniger als 10 min. Rewe, DM, Rossman und Kaufland sind auch in der Nähe.
The nice flat is in Tempelhof. You only need 10 minutes on foot to the Tempelhofer Feld! It is only 4 minutes on foot to the U-bahn Alt-Tempelhof (U6) and 10 minutes to the S-bahn Tempelhof, so you are very fast with the ring everywhere.
The shops are not far away: it is less than 10 minutes to Lidl or Edeka. Rewe, Dm, Rossman and Kaufland are also nearby.
Jesus (22) Julia (30) und Leo (28) sind berufstätig, wenn sie nicht arbeiten, verbringen sie Zeit mit Ramon oder machen andere Dinge zusammen wie kochen, Karten spielen, Filme gucken, quatschen usw.
Das WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch und kommunikativ. Natürlich haben wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, damit wir uns nicht streiten :).
