Ende Januar zieht unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Florence aus und ein Zimmer in unserer netten WG am Ostkreuz wird frei. Das Zimmer ist 24m² groß und befindet sich im 3.OG eines renovierten Altbaus. Es hat einen schönen Holzfußboden und hohe Decken. Da es sich an einer Ecke des Hauses befindet kommt sehr viel Licht ins Zimmer, zumal wir direkt gegenüber einer kleinen Grünfläche wohnen. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett, eine Couch mit Couchtisch und eine Kommode, die mit vermietet werden.
Wir teilen uns die Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa. Von dem Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 790€, wobei die Kosten für das Internet im Preis enthalten sind.

At the end of this month our dear roommate Florence will leave our shared flat at Ostkreuz and we are looking for a new person to take her place. The room is 24m² and furnished with a king-size bed, a sofa and a chest of drawers. The flat is situated on the 3rd floor and very bright since there are no houses across the street (it can however get noisy at times since the park area across is quite popular). It has a wooden floor and high ceilings.
We share a spacious kitchen, a living room with a nice sofa and a small balcony.
The rent including additional costs & internet is 790€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Ostkreuz. Die Ringbahn sowie die S3/S5/S7 sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Straße und in dem Bezirk befinden sich unzählige Spätis, Kneipen, Restaurants, Grünflächen, Einkaufsmoglichkeiten ... alles was man sich wünschen kann! :)

The flat is just a few minutes by foot from Ostkreuz, where you can take the circle line or the S3/S5/S7 to get pretty much anywhere you want. The street and the area are very lively with a ton of spätis, bars and restaurants nearby :)

In der WG verbleiben meine liebe Mitbewohnerin Gaia und ich (Friedrich).
Gaia ist 25 und kommt ursprünglich aus Neapel. Sie hat Film studiert und arbeitet auch aktuell an einer Film- und Musikhochschule. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche, offene Person und fast immer für eine interessante Diskussion zu haben (ob nun zu aktuellen politischen Themen oder zu den allgemeinen Fragen des Lebens ;) In ihrer Freizeit schaut sie gerne Filme / Serien, liest oder spielt Gitarre. Außerdem kocht sie gerne, geht zu unterschiedlichsten urban sports Kursen und ist (bei besserem Wetter) auch viel draußen mit Freunden unterwegs.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und komme aus Berlin. Ich habe Biophysik und Physik studiert und arbeite aktuell als data scientist an der Charité. Ich würde mich als freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Menschen beschreiben. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden, lese viel und probiere mich durch das Hochschulsport Programm durch ;) Außerdem bin ich öfter im Berliner Umland unterwegs, ob nun zum Wandern oder auf dem Rad.
In der Wg kochen wir ab und zu zusammen vegetarisch / vegan oder schauen gemeinsam einen Film und freuen uns allgemein über Gelegenheiten bei einer Tasse Tee o.Ä. miteinander zu reden.
Obwohl wir keine Sauberkeitsverrückten sind, ist es uns wichtig, dass die Zimmer, die wir uns teilen (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer/Toiletten) sauber bleiben und regelmäßig geputzt werden. Aktuell hat jeder von uns einmal in der Woche die Aufgabe sich um einen der Bereiche zu kümmern.

You will share the flat with my lovely roommate Gaia and me (Friedrich).
Gaia is 25 and originally from Naples. She studied documentary filmmaking and is currently working at a film / music school. She is a very friendly person and almost always open for an interesting discussion (be it about current political topics or the general issues of life ;) In her free time she enjoys watching a show/film, reading a good book or playing the guitar. She also likes to cook, meet up with friends and goes to urban sports classes.
I am 26 years old and from Berlin. I studied Biophysics and Physics and I am currently working as a data scientist at Charité. I’d say I am friendly and open minded person. In my free time I like to hang out with friends, read a lot and try out different university sports courses. I also love going to the country side for hiking and biking.
As a shared flat we like to get together from time to time to cook vegetarian / vegan dishes or watch a movie and are generally happy to have a little chat given the opportunity.
Although we are not crazy about cleanliness, we try to clean regularly. Right now the rule is, that everyone of us deals with one of the common rooms every week.
Küche und Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet (Ofen, Kühschrank, Dusche/Badewanne, Waschmachine, Wäschetrockner), Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.

Kitchen and bath room are fully equipped (oven, fridge, washing machine, dryer). Bed sheets and towels are also provided for by the landlord.
