I’m Johanna, 33, and I’m looking for a friendly, long-term flatmate who speaks either English or German.
This place has been my home since 2013, and I absolutely adore it. It’s a beautiful, classic Berlin altbau in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg—such a vibrant neighborhood with loads of charm. The neighbors are great, though, as with any old building, you might hear them from time to time. Personally, I’m quite sensitive to noise, so I’ve mastered the art of using earplugs and headphones while reading, working, or relaxing at home—it works wonders!
A little about me: I’ve just finished my degree and plan to dive into a master’s after taking a break. For work, I’m in the Logistics/Supply Chain-tech field and usually split my time between home and the office (two days a week there). I enjoy good conversations and connecting with people, but I also really value my quiet downtime. Think of me as an introverted extrovert—it’s all about balance!
Here are a few house vibes I’d love to keep:
