I’m Johanna (34), and I’m looking for a long-term flatmate for an unfurnished private room in my cozy Altbau flat in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.

This place has been my home since 2013, and I love living here. The neighborhood is lively, the building full of character, and yes—true to Berlin Altbau style—you’ll occasionally hear the neighbors. But with earplugs and a head phones, it’s all part of the charm. It’s also often peaceful.

About Me:
I work in Logistics/Supply Chain Tech (planning to start my master's soon), usually splitting my week between home and the office. I enjoy meaningful conversations, but also value quiet time and personal space. Think: introverted extrovert. Respect and good energy matter to me.

What’s Included:

1 large, private, unfurnished room (the one on the pics with the two windows, the other one is mine)

Shared kitchen and bathroom

Bike storage downstairs (no bikes in the hallway, please)

Important: The hallway is not part of the rental space—please keep it clear

The Setup:

Long-term rental with proper contract

Anmeldung (registration) is possible and legally required

No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no couples

Clean, respectful, peaceful environment
