Altbauwohnung mit Dielen und Stuck, ab April unmöbliert zu vermieten (großes Zimmer ca. 22 qm zur Nansenstraße, kleines Büro mit Tischler-Einbauregal). Die Wände müssen gestrichen werden; ich suche jemanden, der das übernimmt. Ich nutze gelegentlich ein kleines hofseitiges Zimmer selbst oder gebe es an Freunde bzw. meine Patentochter, wenn sie in Berlin sind. Die Wohnung ist also meist für dich allein, aber du solltest mit gelegentlichen Mitbewohnern und Besuch gut umgehen können. Mir ist wichtig, dass meine Freunde und ich uns weiterhin willkommen fühlen und du entspannt bist, wenn mal etwas Trubel herrscht.
Festnetz und Internet-Flatrate (40 €) sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Eine sehr gepflegte Waschmaschine kann für 300 € gekauft oder per Mietkauf abbezahlt werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, braucht aber eventuell einen neuen Anstrich. Achtung: Auf den Fotos ist das Zimmer noch eingerichtet, die Vermietung erfolgt jedoch unmöbliert!
Charming old apartment with wooden floors and stucco, offered unfurnished starting in April (large room approx. 22 sqm facing Nansenstraße, plus a small office with custom-built shelving). The walls need painting; I’m looking for someone who can handle that. I occasionally use a small courtyard-facing room myself or let friends and my goddaughter stay there when they visit Berlin. You’ll have the apartment mostly to yourself, but should be comfortable with occasional housemates and visitors. It’s important to me that my friends and I continue to feel welcome and that you’re relaxed about a bit of bustle now and then.
Landline and internet flat rate (40 €) are included in the rent. A very well-maintained washing machine can be purchased for 300 € or paid off in installments. The kitchen may also need a fresh coat of paint. Please note that the large room is shown furnished in the photos but will be rented unfurnished.
3 Supermärkte in direkter Nachbarschaft; Bushaltestelle (M29, 171, 194) in 3 Minuten, Hermannplatz zu Fuß in 8, Schönleinstraße in 10 Minuten. Superlebendiger Kiez mit unzähligen Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen, Schlemmen oder einfach am Ufer Füße und Seele baumeln lassen. Für Jogger: man kann eine schöne 5 km Runde ohne Straße laufen :)
Three supermarkets just around the corner; Bus stop (M29, 171, 194) is just a 3-minute walk away, Hermannplatz is 8 minutes on foot, and Schönleinstraße is 10 minutes. It’s a super lively neighborhood with countless options for shopping, dining, or simply relaxing by the water. For joggers: there’s a great 5 km route with no street crossings.
Freundliche, aufgeschlossene Zeck-WG für einen Mitbewohnerin, der/die Ruhe schätzt, aber auch entspannt mit Besuch und Mitbewohnern umgeht.
In absoluten Ausnahmefällen kann es vorkommen, dass wir drei (Ingmar, Eleni 7 und ich) für eine Nacht hier sind. Ich wohne schon sehr lange in diesem ruhigen Haus. Die Nachbarin hat zwei größere Kinder, unter mir wohnt ebenfalls ein Kind – das ist keine Partywohnung. Mir ist wichtig, dass das gute Verhältnis zu den anderen Mietern bleibt.
Friendly, open-minded “Zeck-WG” (shared apartment) looking for a roommate who appreciates peace and quiet but is also relaxed about visitors, flatmates, and people in general.
In very rare cases, the three of us (Ingmar, Eleni who is 7, and me) might stay here for a night. I’ve lived here for a long time, and it’s a quiet building. My neighbor has two older children, and there’s also a child living below—so this is definitely not a party flat. It’s important to me that the good relationship with the other tenants is maintained.
Die Böden in Flur und Küche müssen abgeschliffen und geölt werden; ich habe das vor Jahren selbst gemacht und freue mich auf jemanden, der dieses Schmuckstück zu schätzen weiß und gern ein bisschen investiert, um es zu erhalten.
The hallway and kitchen floors need to be sanded and oiled; I did it myself years ago and would love someone who values this gem of an apartment and is willing to invest a bit to keep it in great shape.
