I am looking for a tidy and organized flatmate older than 25 =).
The flat comprises of a huge living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (everything you need to cook a meal, make a smoothie + dishwasher), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and 2 bedrooms. You will be using the smaller bedroom. It has a large double bed 1.6m and the best ever LEESA mattress and hangers and MALM chest of drawers for your clothes.

The flat is located at Bersarinplatz just 7mins walking from Frankfurter Tor where you can get the U5 direction Alexanderplatz.
Also, there is a M10 stop just in front which you can use to go to Prenzlauerberg or Warschauerstr to connect with Sbahn or U1 to Kreuzberg. By bike, you can reach Volkspark Friedrichshain in just 5mins.
For supermarkets there are Edeka and Denn's Biomarkt.
Another really cool bonus is the Packstation just behind the building where you can receive your packages if you are not home for the delivery.
