The room is 30m2, is in a shared duplex flat (160m2), but has its own private bathroom and entry from the staircase. Only the living room and kitchen are shared with my roommate Doreen, and her kids Nele (18) and Elie (16), who are only there half of the time.
It’s a quiet rooftop room on the 5th floor, with a big terrace next to it, facing SE.

Price is flexibel based on social reasons.
Sublet can maybe be extended to end of august.
