Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 1. Stock, Obergeschoss.
Es ist ein kleines helles Zimmer (ca. 10qm)mit Hochbett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung hat hohe Decke (4 Mietern) und liegt direkt an der S-Bahn Stationen Tiergarten, trotzdem sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof
Es handelt sich um ein 65 qm neue renovierte/ möblierte Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Man kann sofort einziehen und sich wohl fühlen und braucht sich um nichts zu kümmern außer die Sauberkeit natürlich.
Die Küche ist mit einer modernen und neuen Einbauküche ausgestattet "Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden".
Die Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine bequeme Sofagarnitur mit Sofa, Sideboard, Glasvitrine, Schreibtisch und einem 75 Zoll Flachbildfernseher mit allen Fernsehsender weltweit!
Das Zimmer wird erstmal befristet vermietet, wenn alles gut läuft kann man verlängern.
Es ist auch für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt möglich!!!
Ich bin Hotelfachmann von Beruf, treibe viel Sport (Badminton, Fitness, Joggen und Tanzen)
Billiard, Schach, Kochen und Verreisen sind meine Lieblings Hobbys.

The room is in an apartment building on the 1st floor, upper floor.
It's a small and bright room ca. 10 qm with a high bed, office, and a wardrobe.
The apartment has a high ceiling (4 m) and is located right next to the Tiergarten S-Bahn station, but it is still very quiet since it faces the inner courtyard.
It is a 65 sqm newly renovated / furnished three-room apartment.
You can move in immediately and feel comfortable. You don't have to worry about anything except cleanliness, of course.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern and new fitted kitchen. "Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer are available."
The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
The living room has a comfortable sofa set with a sofa, sideboard, glass cabinet, and a 75-inch flat screen TV with all kanals worldwide.
The room is to be rented for a limited period for the first time and is available for short-term stays as well !!!
I work in the Hotellerie and do a lot of sports (badminton, fitness, jogging, and dancing)
Billiards, chess, cooking, and traveling are my favorite hobbies.
Die Lage ist mega schön und direkt am Tiergarten :) Also zentral aber viel grün und Natur für einen Spaziergang, Joggen oder Picknick...
