Hi, I would like to sublet my room for a period of three months, to a mature and kind being who likes to share the space with my sweet roommate. We like to keep the space tidy and move respectfully and with consideration. its a warm space and my room mate likes to chat and have a feel good connection to you. she is originally from Brazil, lived a lot in community and currently works as a chef in various projects. we prefer to have someone a little bit older because its usually a better match when we are in the same phase of our life, but also happy to welcome someone younger if you like to have a rather quiet home and are not into partying and having people over all the time. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Matratze, Sofa, Couchtisch, Schrank, Regal) Fenster in Richtung Südwest mit Sonne am Nachmittag und Abend. Balkon vor dem Fenster (Zugang durchs Fenster oder durch das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin). Küche und Bad werden gesteilt. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit.
Miete
Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro pro Monat. Bei Zusage muss die erste Monatsmiete sowie die Kaution direkt gezahlt werden. Besichtigung und Kennenlernen nach Absprache.
Besuch etc.
Die Wohnung eignet sich nicht für Menschen die ständig Besuch haben, das ist uns zu anstrengend. Wenn du es gerne ruhig und ordentlich, aber durchaus herzlich magst, passt das gut.
