Die Sommerferien stehen an und deshalb werde ich für 4 Wochen eine kleine Berlinpause einlegen. In dieser Zeit soll mein helles, muckeliges und begrüntes Zimmer jedoch nicht leer stehen, weshalb ich eine Zwischenmieterin für den Zeitraum 20.07. bis 20.08. suche. Außerdem ist es noch mal vom 26.8.-31.8. frei.
Wenn ihr nicht für den kompletten Zeitraum ein Zimmer sucht, sondern nur wochenweise, findet sich sicherlich ein Weg.
In den 16qm findest du alles, was es zum Wohlfühlen braucht: Ein selbstgebautes (fast)Hochbett, eine Couch, einen Schrank und viiiiele Pflanzen. Solltest du also einen grünen Daumen haben, wäre ich dir super dankbar, wenn du das Gießen in der Zeit übernehmen würdest. :)

The summer holidays are coming up and so I'm going to take a little break from Berlin for 4 weeks. During this time, however, I don't want my bright, cozy and green room to be empty, which is why I'm looking for someone to rent it for the period from July 20th to August 20th. It's also free again from August 26th to August 31st. If you're not looking for a room for the entire period, but only for a week, we're sure to find a solution.
In the 16 square meters you will find everything you need to feel comfortable: a self-built (almost) loft bed, a couch, a cupboard and lots of plants. So if you have a green thumb, I would be really grateful if you could take over the watering during this time. :)
Unsere 3-Zimmerwohnung beschenkt uns mit einem ziemlich ruhigen und, bei all dem Trubel, wohltuendem Blick ins Grüne. Dennoch sind die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Oderbruchstraße (3 Min Fuß) und die S Landsberger Allee (7 Min Fuß) super nah.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, DM) und fix zu erreichen.

Our 3-room apartment gives us a fairly quiet and, despite all the hustle and bustle, pleasant view of the greenery. Nevertheless, the Oderbruchstraße tram stop (3 minutes walk) and the S Landsberger Allee (7 minutes walk) are very close.
There are also many shopping options (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, DM) and they are easy to get to.
Unsere WG besteht aus 2 Personen: Basti und mir. Wir sind ein ziemlich gutes Team, leben eher wie eine kleine Familie, teilen Essen, kochen füreinander und bleiben gerne mal in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon bei Gesprächen hängen. Genauso gerne sind wir aber auch für uns allein in unseren Zimmern oder sind unterwegs.
Basti ist ein super liebevoller und caring Mitbewohner, der nach der Arbeit gerne bouldern geht, liest oder es sich umgeben Snacks nen gemütlichen Zockabend macht. Ich bin Tänzerin & Choreografin und mache derzeit eine zeitgenössische Bühnentanzausbildung.
Wir freuen uns also über entspannte, kreative und liebe Menschen. :)

Our shared flat consists of 2 people: Basti and Romina, me. We are a pretty good team, live more like a small family, share food, cook for each other and like to hang out in the kitchen or on the balcony and chat. But we also like being alone in our rooms or out and about.
Basti is a super loving and caring flatmate who likes to go bouldering after work, read or have a cozy evening playing games surrounded by snacks. I am a dancer & choreographer and am currently doing a contemporary stage dance training.
So we are happy to have relaxed, creative and lovely people. :)
