Hey guys :)
Are you an Erasmus student? Or simply looking for a short term stay in Bochum city centre? Hauptbahnhof is only 10 minutes away. We live in Bermuda3Eck, a quarter where many bars and restaurants can be found.

I am Rita, I will be subletting my beautiful room out from 01 February 2025 to 31 July 2025. Only because I will be going away for work.

The room has a size of 13qm. The big windows towards the southern side of the flat are big advantage, because there is always a lot of sunlight :)
The room will be rented with furniture, which consists of a big bed, a long mirror. A desk + an office chair, perfect for home office.
A bedside table, a wardrobe, a rack + a big woven basket ( So you will have enough storage space) and a sofa. The sofa can be turned into a bed too.

P.S I'm a little plant mom, so I will probably leave plants in the room. It would be nice if you can take care of them by watering them.

Ich bin Rita, ich werde mein schönes Zimmer für 6 Monate untervermieten, vom 01. Februar 2024 bis 31 Juli 2025 Nur weil ich für arbeit weggehen werde.

Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 13qm. Die großen Fenster zur Südseite der Wohnung sind ein großer Vorteil, denn es gibt immer viel Sonnenlicht :)
Das Zimmer wird mit Möbeln vermietet, die aus einem Schreibtisch+ , ein großes Bett, einem langen Spiegel, einem Bürostuhl, einem Nachttisch, einem Kleiderschrank+ Viel platz für die Lagerung, einem Regal und einem Sofa bestehen. Das Sofa kann auch in ein Bett verwandelt werden.

P.S. Ich bin eine kleine Pflanzenmama, also werde ich wahrscheinlich Pflanzen im Zimmer lassen. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie meine Pflanzen Gießen könnten.

We live in Bermuda3Eck, a quarter where many bars and restaurants can be found. There are many opportunities for doing any sorts of activities in the evening and everything can be reached by foot. Hauptbahnhof is only 10 minutes away by walking, Fit X gym is 9 minutes away by foot, supermarkets (Lidl, REWE, BioMarkt) are between 1 and 5 minutes from here and the station for the tram 308/318 is practically right at the doorstep.

As a student at RUB, you can get to Uni in 15 minutes using the Ubarn

You also the reach the more alternative quarter, Ehrenfeld, with a 10 minute walk and the U35 to Ruhr-University is also accessible within this range.
Furthermore there are several parks around as well for taking a walk or having a picnic.

Wir wohnen im Bermuda3Eck, einem beliebten Bar-/Kneipen-Viertel. Entsprechend gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um abends etwas zu Unternehmen direkt vor der Haustür - von Bars bis Restaurants und Imbiss ist alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch bis ins beliebte und alternativere Ehrenfeld läufst du von hier aus nur 10 Minuten!
Den Hauptbahnhof / Fit X erreichst du in der gleichen Zeit und die Haltestelle der Linie 308/318 liegt sogar quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
Supermärkte sind auch direkt in der Nähe, einen REWE und einen Bio-Markt erreichst du 2 Minuten und bis zum Lidl sind es etwa 5.
Auch andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg, so findest hier im direkten Umkreis auch Kinos, das Stadion, mehrere schöne Parks, etc.

You would live with my cool 2 flatmates. Cem (28) and Krishna (24).
Cem comes from Turkey he is currently doing his Masters in Sales Engineering and Product Management and working part-time at a -Automotive manufacturer in Essen. He likes hanging with friends and also likes going to bars.

Krishna is currently studying Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund. She is currently doing her internship in Wuppertal.She was born in India but raised in several countries all over the world, which led her to falling in love with traveling and discovering new places and cultures. If she is not studying or working, she likes going for walks, working out at the gym or meeting up with friends.

Our WG is pretty clean, cute and fun. So it would be nice if you have clean habits and can clean up after yourself: ) We have a cleaning schedule.

By fun I mean we do stuff together sometimes when we are free like play games, go out to bars, checking out the summer festival that happens down the street. We also often find ourselves even chatting for hours in the kitchen/hallway about our days and life’s, haha. So you have plenty of Me time

Du würdest mit meinen 2 coolen Mitbewohnern zusammenleben. Cem (28) und Krishna (24).
Cem kommt aus der Türkei und macht gerade sein Sprachschule, um demnächst seinen
Master in Sales Engineering und Produktmanagement zu beginnen. Cem treibt gerne Sport, trifft sich mit Freunden und geht auch gerne in Bars.

Krishna studiert derzeit Chemieingenieurwesen an der TU Dortmund. Sie ist in Indien geboren, aber in verschiedenen Ländern auf der ganzen Welt aufgewachsen, was dazu geführt hat, dass sie sich in das Reisen und das Entdecken neuer Orte und Kulturen verliebt hat. Wenn sie nicht gerade studiert oder arbeitet, geht sie gerne spazieren, trainiert im Fitnessstudio oder trifft sich mit Freunden.

Unsere WG ist ziemlich sauber, süß und lustig. Es wäre also schön, wenn du saubere Gewohnheiten hast und hinter dir aufräumen kannst: )
Mit Spaß meine ich, dass wir Dinge zusammen machen, wie Spiele spielen, in Clubs gehen oder Fahrradtouren durch die Stadt machen, wenn wir frei haben. Wir finden uns auch oft sogar stundenlang in der Küche / Flur über unsere Tage.
