The room is big, with a 140cmx200cm bed. It‘s fully furnished with a big closet, desk, mirror and a shelf.
The room is in the direction of the street, but super quiet.
The bus station is in a 3min walking distance. To the center you need 10min by bus or it’s a 30min walk.
I can only recommend getting a bike, this is a very good option here.
The supermarket (Coop) is in a 7min walking distance, but the cheaper option (Conard) is about 12min far away.
Also there is a small Pam right around the corner of the apartment which is opened everyday of the week and where you can buy last minute alcohol or anything else that you need.
In June the current flatmates will all move out and a whole new flat will be put together.
The contract is a 12 month contract but easy to get out off when you find replacement. Which is also very easy since everyone in Bologna seems to look for a flat.
The price is 550€ per month including all bills like gas, water and also wifi.
We have a dishwasher, and washing machine.
