Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
ab 1. April (früherer Einzug im März ist möglich) wird in unserer schönen WG ein Zimmer frei. Es ist schön hell, 22 m² groß und hat einen tollen Holzfußboden mit Fischgrätenmuster. Das Fenster zeigt Richtung Süden und lässt viel Licht hinein. Es ist das größte Zimmer in der WG und bietet viel Platz. Die Möbel sind vorhanden.
Zur Wohnung gehören zudem eine voll
ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fenster. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem im Sommer immer unsere Tomaten wachsen. Die WG liegt im ersten Stock und im Haus gibt es auch einen Aufzug. Im Innenhof befinden sich Fahrradstellplätze und zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang der Drususallee im Bozener Stadtteil Gries-Quirein. Sie ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der eurac entfernt.
Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen, sodass man auch super ans ÖPNV Netz angebunden ist.
Eine Apotheke, kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Eisdiele, Restaurants und ein Bäcker liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Und zu den Talferwiesen ist es auch nicht weit.
Da ich selbst leider vom schönen Bozen wegziehe, suche ich zusammen mit meinen WG-Mitbewohnern Lisa (23) und Antonio (23) nach einer/m Nachfolger/in.
Wir sind deshalb auf der Suche nach einer freundlichen und ordentlichen Person, mit der man auch mal entspannt zusammen in der Küche sitzen oder auch was unternehmen kann.

Dear people looking for a flat,
From now onwards (possibly also from mid March or 1st April) a room will be available in our beautiful shared flat. It is bright, 22 m² in size and has a great wooden floor with a herringbone pattern. The window faces south and lets in a lot of light. It is the largest room in the shared flat and offers plenty of space. All the furniture is available already.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and window. From the kitchen you have access to a small balcony where we grow our tomatoes in summer. The flat is on the first floor and there is also an elevator in the building. There are bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard and the apartment also has its own cellar compartment.
The apartment is located at the beginning of Viale Druso in the Gries-Quirein district of Bolzano. It is only a few minutes' walk from Eurac Research and the University.
There are several bus stops just around the corner, so you are also well connected to the public transport network.
A pharmacy, small grocery stores, an ice cream place, restaurants and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is also just a 4-minutes walk away. And it's not far to the river Talvera either.
As I am unfortunately moving away from beautiful Bolzano, I am looking for a successor together with my flatmates Lisa (23) and Antonio (23). We are therefore looking for a friendly and tidy person who is also open for sitting in the kitchen or do things together.
