Ich möchte mit Freude mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer renovierten Wohnung in Gröpelingen vermieten. Ich werde März und April verreisen und nicht in Deutschland sein, daher möchte ich mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit vermieten.
Neben meinem Zimmer gibt es in der Wohnung eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Mit dir wird auch Hosam wohnen. Er ist sehr freundlich und gesellig. Er arbeitet und studiert, daher ist er immer mit etwas beschäftigt. Es gibt auch einen Bildschirm, der über HDMI angeschlossen werden kann, um Filme oder Serien anzusehen. In der freien Zeit steht das Wohnzimmer zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Es gibt auch WiFi.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert bleiben. Zu den Möbeln gehören eine Matratze, Bettwäsche, ein Tisch, Regale und Kommode. Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 400 Euro. (Internet und Strom incl.)
