Wir vermieten 15.4-31.08.25 eine möblierte 2 Zimmerwohnung in einer Haus WG. Evtl.. etwas länger. Du hast also deine eigene kleine Whg aber man begegnet sich viel und das sollte jemand mögen. Wir haben 2 Hunde und man sollte Hunde mögen und nicht zu ängstlich sein. Eine Hündin ist sehr ängstlich und ist noch verunsicherter wenn Menschen ihr unsicher begegnen.
We are renting a small flat within a house. Only from 15/April/25 until 31/August/25. Maybe a bit longer. You have your own apartment but you would be part of our shared housing. So we see each other a lot and you should be interested in that. We also have two dogs and you should like dogs and not be scared of them.
Zur Whg: Die Whg hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer. Vom WZ geht die Küche ab. Das zur Whg gehörende eigene Bad liegt im Flur und nicht in der Whg. Man muss dazu sagen, dass zwischen Wohnzimmertür und Bad aber 50cm liegen und man jetzt nicht lange durch einen Flur läuft. Es ist ein Altbau. Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal für eine Person berechnet. In den Kosten sind die Nutzung der Möbel, Nebenkosten und auch WLAN mit eingeschlossen. Die Möbel sind auf den Fotos nicht mehr alle die gleichen, da wir bereits welche ausgetauscht haben.
Die Uni erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad ganz gut oder mit der 2/10+ Bus 22.
The flat has a bedroom and living room and next to the living room you ll find the kitchen. The bathroom is in the hall - so not IN the flat- but is totally yours and the door is just 50cm next to the entrance. The apartment is furnished and the utilities include the use of furniture and also wifi. Trams are 2 (city centre)and 10 (main station). The pictures don’t show all of the current furniture, we’ve changed some.
Zu uns uns zur Haus WG:
Neben 2 Hunden leben wir als Paar hier (Maren und Elke 39&32) und Keneth 20 Jahre. Wir haben ein Zimmer im Souterrain und OG und Keneth hat sein Zimmer im DG. Im OG haben wir auch die Küche und das Esszimmer vom uns. Neben Wurzeln in Deutschland haben wir noch Wurzeln in Portugal, Costa Rica und Ecuador/Kolumbien. Wir sprechen hier daher auch mal Englisch und Spanisch. Wir essen gerne zusammen, gehen mit den Hunden raus oder mal Spieleabende. Keneth beginnt bald ein FSJ und dann eine Ausbildung. Die anderen beiden arbeiten.
Waschmaschine und Gartenzugang sind im Souterrain.
About the house flat: Next to the 2 dogs, we live as a couple here (Maren und Elke 39&32) and then there is Keneth, who is 20 and starting a formation soon. We have a room in the basement and have a room on the second floor. There is also our kitchen and dining room. Keneth has his room in the third floor.
The washing machine and exit to the small garden are in the basement.
