Es steht ein schönes Zimmer zur Verfügung, dass ich gerne abgeben möchte.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 18 qm, ist durch ein großes und zwei mittlere Fenster sehr hell und liegt gelegen zur Kornstraße und Kantstraße. Es kostet monatlich 400€/Monat, inklusive GEZ, Wlan und Strom.

There is a nice room available that I would like to give away.
The room has approx. 18 square metres, is very bright due to one large and two medium-sized windows and is located on Kornstraße and Kantstraße. It costs 400€/month, including GEZ, Wlan and electricity.

Die WG liegt mitten in der Neustadt und du hast hier fußläufig alles um die Ecke was du brauchst. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleinere Läden, Bars und Fressbuden sind in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Um die Bahnlinien 4 & 6 am Theater am Leibnizplatz zu erreichen sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten. Außerdem bist du schnell im Park und am wunderschönen Werdersee.

The shared apartment is located in the middle of the Neustadt and everything you need is within walking distance. Various shopping opportunities, smaller shops, bars and food stalls can be reached in just a few steps. It's also only a few minutes to reach train lines 4 & 6 at the Theater am Leibnizplatz. You can also quickly get to the park and to the beautiful Werdersee.

Unsere Küche ist der offizielle Treffpunkt, hier kann geschnackt, gekocht und Quatsch gemacht werden. Ob bei Kaffee oder Bier, die Stimmung ist eigentlich immer locker, offen und angenehm. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, gerne wird auch mal was zusammen unternommen, aber es wird dir auch genügend Raum und Luft für Rückzug und Zeit für dich gegeben. Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Max (25/er), Damiano (23/er) und Simone (28/sie). Da einer deiner Mitbewohnis kein Deutsch spricht wäre es super, wenn du Englisch sprichst.

Our kitchen is the official meeting place, where you can snack, cook and do nonsense. Whether with coffee or beer, the atmosphere is always relaxed, open and pleasant. We are not a shared flat share, we are happy to do things together from time to time, but you are also given enough space and air to retreat and have time for yourself. Your temporary roommates are Max (25/he), Damiano (23/he) and Simone (28/she). Since one of your roommates doesn't speak German, it would be great if you spoke English.
