!!! Please read well !!!
Fully furnished big room (23qm)
With a kingsized bed, desk, shelf, and a big build-in cabinet.
You can live here alone or as a couple.
There will be a second room free from Oktober 2024.
Brey is a village near Koblenz. Its a quiet, peaceful and pretty village and only takes 25 min to city center by bus or 7 min by train (RB26) In the other direction you can reach Mainz.
There are many supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Höfer and sone other shops) 10 min by foot from our house.
If you like spending time outside you will love it here, the river rhine is very near, so you can go for a jog or bicycle. All around the village there are nice trails for hiking as well. We spend a lot of time outside, if you want to join you‘re welcome!
The villagers are friendly and open: if you want to get to know german culture, they will welcome you!
First of all: you have to be prepared to live with kids: it can be loud and messy, but there is as well lots of love and laughter which you can be part of.
We are a Family of four with a son (3 jears) and a baby daughter (6 months).
We are sharing our house with roommates for 8 years now and really enjoy the Community aspect of this way of living: Cooking together, having a chat at the dining table, going for a walk or spemding time in our garden.
But of course everybody has its own space, if you want to be by yourself we’re fine with that, and I’m sometimes busy too.
We offer you an familiar atmosphere and try to help you wherever we can (like german bureaucracy, applying for a job…)
In a big house there is always something to be done.
We’ve got a cleaning shedule and expect you to participate in cleaning the shared rooms (kitchen, ding room, entry area) such as vacuuming the stairs and taking the trash out. Of course you gotta clean your own room and bathroom as well.
Cleaning after my two kids is enough for me, if you domt want to/ are not able to clean after yourself, this might not be the right space for you.
Last but not least:
The room is available as long as its online. I would love to get you to know in your message. Where are you from, what do you do for a living, how long do you olan to stay, do you get along with kids?
Edit:
!!! For my kids safety I only accept female roommates from now on !!!
