Hi everyone!
I would like to sublease my apartment from the 19th of January untill the 28th of March because i am doing erasmus!
The flat is located next to the Parc Jasophat in Brüssels. The Tram Station is 3 minutes away, Lidl is 950meters away and Carrefour as well. The flat has two floors, on the ground floor is the bathroom and the two rooms. On the first floor is the kitchen, living room and a dining table.
The rent is 650€ with everything and it also includes a cleaning lady who cleans the first floor and the bathroom every 15 days :)
The landlord also lives in the house on the first and second floor. They live together with two children and one dog. So, they prefer someone who lives a rather quiet lifestyle and a girl. You also live together with a girl.
