We have a house with 3 separate renovated flats which are situated in on groundfloor , 1 floor and 2+3 floor
The free room is situated in the duplex flat on the 3 floor .
This flat has a common living - dining room , 3 toilets and 2 shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen .
The room has a single bed and a sink in the room and shared shower next to the room .
There is a washing machine and dryer in the flat and a cleaning lady we will pass by on a regular basis to keep the common parts of the flat clean ( not the individual rooms ).
Each private bedroom is furnished with a bed and matras , a closet and a night table and a little lamp and curtains .
We also put at your disposal a duvet , pillow and if necessary some bedsheets on demand .
The rooms are always cleaned and inspected before your arrival and the commun entrance and stairways are cleaned regulary.
The other flatmates are international interns or young professionals here and there is a really nice atmosphere in the house .
The house is situated in a very nice area and at a 5-10 minutes walk to the European Commission and Parlement.
We are looking for tenants who wants to stay minimum 6-7 months untill end of august here or longer .
No Shorter periods accepted here .
