Im Moment ist die Wohnung nicht bewohnt, da ich im letzten Jahr aus privaten Gründen nicht vermietet habe. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, jedes 12 - 14 m² groß. Ein Zimmer hat Süd-West-Ausrichtung, das andere Nord-West-Ausrichtung. Beide Zimmer sind möbliert mit einem Bett (120 x 200 cm, bzw. 140 x 200 cm), ein Schiebetüren-Kleiderschrank 150 cm breit, ein Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl, ein Regal, ein Sessel bzw. eine Couch. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Küche, ca. 11 m² groß, voll ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile einschl. Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Elektroherd mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Dunstabzug, Spülmaschine, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Esstisch, Regal, 4 Stühle und Couch zum Chillen. Das Bad ist ca. 5 m² groß, hat eine Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Spiegelschrank. Dann ist noch ein Abstellraum mit Schrank für Putzmittel, Bügeleisen usw. und ein Wäscheständer vorhanden. Im Flur gibt es eine Garderobe.
Bis zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 250 m. Der Bus verkehrt in der Woche halbstündlich, abends stündlich, am Wochenende weniger. Bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 3 km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bubenreuth ( Edeka, Rewe, Aldi) sind 1,5 - 2 km entfernt. Außerdem gibt es noch 5 Bäcker, 1 Metzger und 2 Apotheken.
