One 25sqm, sunny, furnished room with gallery (7sqm) is for rent in the city centre of Budapest next to Deák tér, Aquarium Club, the Shopping Street and quite a few universities, such as Semmelweis, ELTE, CEU, Corvinus, MacDaniel, BME Technical University.
There is a sizable desk in the room for studying, a commode, a cosy armchair and sofa which can be opened in case of visiting family or friends. There is high-speed Wifi in the flat, and cable-TV is available upon request.
Utility cost is around 50 euros/month
Absolutely center-located, in a beautiful classical building, near to one of the best public transportation hub in the city: Deak tér. Both sides of the building are bordered with public parks therefore the area is green and less crowded.
Pubs, clubs and cosy cafes are just around the corner.
The public library where all the international and Hungarian students gather is also 15 minutes from the house.
The flat will be shared with one other student who is going to arrive at the beginning of September. He or she will be probably form the Netherlands, England or Germany.
The availability of the room is flexible, it can be stretched by a couple of days, and it's also for short term so for one semester only, as well.
Rent is paid at the beginning of each month by bank transfer.
Utilities are paid by bank transfer monthly as well. This includes gas, electricity, water and maintenance costs.
Bills vary depending on use and the season wether heating is on or not.
In the summer time 20-40€, in the winter time 55-85€ per month.
