As you can see on the floor plan, the apartment has 4 rooms, 3 of which are bedrooms. We use the smallest room, usually one or two days a week if we have to come into town (we live in Szentendre, 30 min from Budapest). We are looking for a resident for one of the large rooms (350 EUR/month per room + common expenses). The rooms have separate entrances, living room, kitchen is shared. The kitchen is completely renovated (with new Nobilia furniture and new kitchen appliances), just like the bathroom, the hall/dining room, pantry and toilet as well. The entire apartment is newly furnished.
The apartment will be available from the 26st of August 2025, 2-month deposit is required.
The property is located next to the renovated János Pál Pápa tér. Metro line 4 is a 1-minute walk away, but all major means of public transportation are available within a few minutes. There are many university campuses in the area, so it's ideal for university students. Two markets are a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the Corvin district/plaza can be reached within a 10-minute walk.
My family and I live in Szentendre, in the suburbs of Budapest. However, I work in Budapest, but I usually spend only one day in the city, since most of my work can be done from the home office.
