There are two rooms from which you could choose one. One has 16 m² the other one 11m², the bigger one is a bit more costly than the smaller one. Both rooms are full equiped with a double bed, a big cupboard and some lamps. The bigger room has also a small table and two cozy chairs.
The flat is situated directly in the city center, everything is walkable in 10 minutes or less.
Julius and I are both studying in Fribourg and are moving for one semester to Cadiz. We know each other now since more than a year and are good friends. For us most important is that the atmosphere is good and that everybody feels good. Therefore we also like to share things and time together. For sure there is no must and everybody should do would he/she likes but we prefer not just to share the bills but also to spend some time together e.g. hanging out with friedns, cooking or whatever we feel like to ;-).
If you are looking for two relaxed and open minded flatmates, please feel free to contact us!
The best part of the flat is definetly our roof terease, which is private and only we can use it by using a leader from the kitchen. Besides this the flat is fully equiped with everything and designed in a homlike way.
