Voll möblierte WG-Zimmer in einem 120-qm-Haus mit Garten bei einer älteren Dame zu vermieten. Wohnzimmer, Küche, Toilette und Bad werden von den WG-Bewohnern gemeinsam genutzt. Das Haus verfügt über WLAN, Stadtbus vor der Tür, ca 200 m zum nächsten Supermarkt. Ausgestattet unter Anderem mit Fernseher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die verschiedenen Zimmer können auch in Kombination gemietet werden. Zimmer 3 und 4 gehören zusammen (siehe Plan). Der Zimmerpreis beginnt bei 220,- Euro zzgl. NK. Alle WG-Bewohner sind verpflichtet der älteren Frau abwechselnd beim Einkauf, Schnee-Schippen, Reinigen der Gemeinschaftsräume, Gartenarbeit und dem Herausstellen der Mülltonnen zu helfen (=kein grosser Aufwand). Vor Einzug muß eine Kaution von 600,- Euro hinterlegt werden.
Zimmer-Miete ab 220,- Euro pro Monat zzgl. 85,- Euro NK (d.h. Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet). Man kann auch mehrere Zimmer zusammen legen. Zimmer 3 & 4 gehören zusammen und können mit Zimmer 2 verbunden werden.

Fully furnished flat-sharing rooms in a 120 sqm house with garden for rent with an elderly lady. Living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared by the flat-share residents. The house has WLAN, city bus in front of the door, approx. 200 m to the next supermarket. Equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The different rooms can also be rented in combination. Room 3 and 4 belong together (see plan). The room price starts at 220,- Euro plus rent. All flat-sharers are obliged to take turns in helping the older woman with shopping, shovelling snow, cleaning the common rooms, gardening and putting out the rubbish bins (=no great effort). A deposit of 600,- Euro must be paid before moving in.
Room rent starts at 220 euros per month plus 85 euros for utilities (i.e. electricity, heating, water, internet). It is also possible to combine several rooms. Rooms 3 & 4 belong together and can be connected with room 2.
