I am subletting my spacious and fully furnished room while I am in Turkey. The room includes a comfortable bed, a monitor, a TV, and a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air. The house itself is large, with two floors and plenty of space.
Location: 4-minute walk to the bus stop, with buses running every minute to Dachau Bahnhof (5-minute ride). From there, you can easily take the Regionalbahn or S-Bahn.

The room is on the first floor, along with other rooms.
A very large and cozy living room.
1 bathroom + 1 separate WC.
Basement with a washing machine, freezer, and storage space.
A beautiful garden for relaxing.
Housemates: You will be living with one other person, and at the end of March, a second housemate will move in.
Important: No KVR registration possible.

Ich vermiete mein großes, voll ausgestattetes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete, während ich in der Türkei bin. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Bett, einen Monitor, einen Fernseher und einen eigenen Balkon, auf dem du frische Luft genießen kannst. Unser Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Komfort.
Lage: 4 Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle, von dort fährt jede Minute ein Bus zum Dachau Bahnhof (5 Minuten Fahrt). Von dort aus kannst du bequem die Regionalbahn oder S-Bahn nutzen.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock, zusammen mit anderen Zimmern.
Sehr großes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
1 Badezimmer + 1 separates WC.

Mitbewohner: Du wirst mit einer weiteren Person zusammenleben, und Ende März wird ein zweiter Mitbewohner einziehen.
