Die Wohnung ist ca 135 qm groß und liegt in einem Altbau mit 3m hohen Decken, der modernisiert wurde (neue Heizung vor 1-2 Jahren).
Sie bietet Platz für insgesamt 4 Personen:
- 2 einfache WG-Zimmer (von Fjodor und Guille)
- dein Schlafzimmer (Zugang durch das Wohnzimmer) mit direktem Zugang zum Gemeinschafts-Balkon und Blick in den Garten
- 1 gemeinsames Arbeitszimmer/Wohnzimmer
- 1 Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine
- 1 voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Balkonzugang
- 1 Balkon mit BBQ
- ein großer Flur mit viel Platz.
Vermietet wird das Zimmer links oben auf dem Plan (rot markiert).
Die Küche ist bereits voll ausgestattet und wir haben eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Im Keller oder vor dem Haus gibt es Platz für Fahrräder.

The apartment is 135 qm for 4 persons in total:
- 2 simple bedrooms (of Fjodor and Guille)
- your new bedroom (access through living room) with direct access to the balcony facing the backyard
- 1 common living-/workroom
- 1 bathroom with a washing machine
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
- 1 balcony with a BBQ
- one big corridor with plenty of space.
The room marked in red on the plan is for rent.It is facing the backyard, so you won't hear any traffic noise.
The location is really great: in 5 to 15 min you can reach all necessary places including the city center, several supermarkets, TU Darmstadt and green areas like the Bürgerpark (good for doing sports), Mathildenhöhe, Rosenhöhe and Herrngarten. Bus stops are within 1 min walking distance.
Your new flat mates are Fjodor (26), studying and working for an energy company, and Guille (32), working - usually remotely - as an IT consultant.
The common areas of the apartment are fully equipped and you only have to furnish your own rooms. For the common stuff we are asking for an "Ablösevereinbarung" of 150 euros: washing machine, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utilities, lamps, microwave, cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. When you move out, you will get this (partly) reimbursed.
Die Wohnung liegt im Martinsviertel nicht weit von der Mathildenhöhe - den Hochzeitsturm kann man sogar vom Balkon sehen! In 5-15 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man REWE, Sparkasse, Penny, Aldi, Herrngarten, den Campus Stadtmitte der TUD und eine Reihe von Cafés. Zwei Haltestellen an denen jeweils F- und H-Bus halten, sind ein mal um den Block (ca. 1-2 Min Fußweg), womit man meistens auch schnell überall in Darmstadt hinkommt. Zur Not läuft man ca. 15-20 min zum Stadtzentrum.
Die Parksituation direkt vor der Haustür ist eher kritisch aber ein bis zwei Straßen weiter findet sich immer irgendwas. Von Straßen- oder Stadtlärm kriegt man hier eigentlich gar nichts mit.
Zu Uns:
Wir sind Fjodor (26), Carola (25) und Guillermo (32). Fjodor studiert an der h_da Energiewirtschaft (Master) und arbeitet auch nebenbei bei einem Energieanbieter. Carola studiert an der TU Mathe (Master) und arbeitet nebenbei bei einer IT Firma in Frankfurt. Guillermo arbeitet als Informatiker (ca. 90% im Homeoffice) in der nähe von Frankfurt. Gisane und Franz ziehen zwei Etagen unter uns im gleichen Haus um. Daher benötigen wir deine Hilfe, um 2 Zimmer wieder mit Leben zu füllen. Wir kochen oft, spielen Spiele, und öffnen auch gerne mal ein zwei Bier.
Sauberkeit ist natürlich ein wichtiger Punkt der uns allen sehr am Herzen und den Augen liegt.
