The room can be rented as a double room or a single room , the rent varies according to that and includes electricity, heating and water, the apartment has washing machine and dryer , a well fitted kitchen with chimney and oven and utensils including pots ,pans, plates and cutlery.
There is a microwave also , the room comes well furnished with a study table and chair , and also 2 large cupboards and bed with mattress and pillows
There is a bus stop 7 minutes away with frequent connections, and it’s just 14 minutes to the city centre , there is also a Supermarket Netto about 4 minutes away.
The rent as single room is 330€ cold rent and 120 € Nebenkostenvorauszahlung. And as double room , is 210 € cold rent and 90 € Nebenkostenvorauszahlung per person. The room is available immediately but can be taken over from March , but no later than 1st March.
The mini cooler , cups, lamps and writing board are mine but I will leave it behind for the next tenant if they wish to have it.
