We are seeking a friendly flatmate. (CITY REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE)

The room is very bright and spacious, thanks to its large window. You will have ample space to comfortably settle in. The room includes a sofa, a bed with mattress, a small single-door cupboard, a dressing table, a study table with chair, a standing table, and a large mirror. Additionally, the shared apartment has a kitchen with a small dining table and two toilets (one bathroom and one guest toilet). The shared apartment is on the first floor, and the neighbors are a pleasant family.
Location
The shared apartment is located in Kesselhutweg, Kranichstein. The main road is visible from your room. A bus stop is a three-minute walk away, and a tram stop is a ten-minute walk away. The city center and TU Darmstadt are an 18-minute bus ride away. A call bike station is an eight-minute walk away.
Supermarkets such as Penny and Edeka are a short five-minute walk away. DHL, Hermes, and DPD offices are also located nearby. Tedi, a beverage shop, and Da Carlo shop are within the same vicinity.
Shared Housing Details
We established our shared apartment in January, two years ago. Due to an available room, we're seeking an additional housemate. Having known each other beforehand, we've always enjoyed a harmonious living arrangement, sharing meals, and spending leisure time together, whether playing games or simply conversing. We are looking for someone equally easygoing and respectful, who values a peaceful shared living experience and avoids unnecessary disturbances (It would be appreciated if you could keep the noise level down).
The apartment has three bedrooms and a living area. Currently, two people share the living area (hall), and two others each have a private bedroom. One bedroom is available for a new housemate.
About us:
My name is Mehul, and I am a 26-year-old student in my fourth semester at TU Darmstadt. My roommates are also around the same age and are studying at TU Darmstadt as well.
Miscellaneous:
We would appreciate it if you could share a little about yourself, perhaps your hobbies and how you envision living in a shared apartment.
A washing machine is available; however, we do not have a dishwasher. There are two other people living in the hall, so you should feel comfortable and welcome here.
The total rent is €590, which includes internet, heating, and other utilities. Every three months, there is an €11.03 radio tax (each) that is shared among the tenants.
The apartment would be available immediately from the beginning of February for long term (better to discuss it during viewing).
