Hallo!
Mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG ist jetzt verfügbar und eine Anmeldung ist möglich (Anmeldung für Aufenthalte von mindestens 3 Monaten). Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15. Dezember verfügbar, alternativ kannst du auch ab Januar einziehen, wenn dir das lieber ist.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß, hat zwei schöne Fenster und einen quadratischen Grundriss. Außerdem können der große Kleiderschrank und der Stuhl kostenlos übernommen werden. Die restlichen Möbel im Zimmer (Bett, Tisch, Nachttisch, kleiner Schrank, Couchtisch, weiße Gardine, Bücherregal, Teppich) werden für 120 € verkauft. Außerdem sind an den Fenstern Rollläden angebracht.
Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler und ist auch sonst gut ausgestattet.
Das Bad hat einen Waschtischschrank (in dem genug Platz für alle ist), eine Wanne mit Duschwand und ein WC.
Es gibt auch eine separate Waschküche mit einer Waschmaschine. Wir haben einen schönen Hinterhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kannst. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen, gemütlichen Garten, in dem du Zeit auf der Wiese verbringen, Freunde zum Abendessen einladen und deine Wäsche trocknen kannst.
In unserer WG gibt es ein Durchgangszimmer, was sich erstmal etwas ungewöhnlich anhört, aber eigentlich total entspannt ist. Das Durchgangszimmer führt vom Flur in die Küche und ist fast immer betretbar, außerdem gibt es einen Raumtrenner im Zimmer für etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Das einzige, was wohl nicht möglich sein wird, sind Mitternachtssnacks. :)
KAUTION: 400 €
MIETE: Zu den 300€ Miete würden zusätzlich noch die Kosten für einen Strom- und Internetvertrag anfallen(30€).

Hi everyone!
My cozy room in our 3ER WG is available now and Anmeldung is possible (Anmeldung is for min. 3 months stays)!! The room is available from the 15th of December, but you can also move in from January if preferred.
The room is approx. 16m² in size, has two beautiful windows and a square floor plan. In addition, the large wardrobe and chair can be taken over free of charge. The rest of the furniture in the room (bed, table, nightstand, mini cabinet, coffee table, white curtain, bookcase, carpet) would be sold for €120. There are also shutters on the windows.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and is otherwise well equipped.
The bathroom has a vanity cabinet (in which there is enough space for everyone), a tub with a shower screen and a toilet.
There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine. We have a beautiful backyard to park your bike safely. There is also a cute little garden where you can spend time on the grass, invite your friends to have dinner and dry your clothes.
In our shared apartment there is a connecting room, which sounds a bit unusual at first, but is actually totally relaxed. The passage room leads from the hallway to the kitchen and can almost always be entered. There is also a room divider in the room for a little more privacy for the other tenant. The only thing that will probably not be possible are midnight snacks:)
DEPOSIT: 400€
RENT: In addition to the 300€ rent (included heating), the costs for electricity and internet contracts would be an additional 30€ (in total 330 €).

Die Wohnung ist ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Campus, 5 min vom Zentrum und 5 min vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Zum Bahnhof braucht man fußläufig ca. 10 min. Außerdem ist das Kiez (eine beliebte Bar) direkt vor der Haustür und das Bibers Corner ist auch nicht weit.

5 minutes from the nearest supermarket The train station is a 10 minute walk away, and the Kiez (the only popular bar in Dessau among students) is right in front of the apartment.

Ich habe 3 Jahre lang bequem in dieser Wohnung gelebt. Es war insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre.
I have lived in this apartment comfortably for 3 years. It has been a positive experience overall, with two nice roommates and a pleasant atmosphere.

Kosten für Reinigungsutensilien und ähnliches teilen wir uns, damit nicht immer die selbe Person alles bezahlt. Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sind uns sehr wichtig, daher haben wir einen Putzplan für die WG!
We share the cost of cleaning utensils, etc., so that it is not always the same person paying for everything. Order and cleanliness in the common areas is very important to us, so we have a cleaning schedule for the WG!
