The room is spacious, bright and cozy. It’s on the second floor. On the first floor there is a big living room and kitchen. As well as one bathroom. And on the second floor is where the flatmates live. We have a second bathroom with a bathtub. If you’d like to see more of the house you can do that when we do the online viewing.
If you prefer a quiet place, then Deutsch Evern is the place for you. The WG is big and we have a garden as well (for which we take care together). The closest store is Edeka (7 mins by foot). As well as the pharmacy. The bus stop is around 7-8 mins away. Leuphana university is 15 mins away with the bus and 25 mins with a bike.
We are four flatmates. I am a student (21 years old) from Bulgaria at Leuphana university and I live with my mother (43 years old) and my little brother (10 years old) and out flatmate, she is 64 years old (German) and next year she will retire.
Our WG is open to internationals, students and etc. We all are well organised, we like to have fun together, play some music or boarding games or just spending time together in our beautiful garden. We also take care of the garden by ourselves.
