The room is 21,5m² (5,80x3,70), has a nice wooden floor, four large windows (all the way to the floor), and access to one of our two balconies. The room faces the street. You would share a bathroom with Agnes (no worries, I'm not a heavy bathroom user ;) ).
Lidl + Migros are right next door. In 5 minutes walking you can reach Limmat and the adjascent conservation area, which is nice to walk or swim. 7 minutes away is a train station, with a train to/from Zürich HB every 15 minutes (15 minutes trip).
We are two 24 years old PhD students who are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our large, nice apartment in Dietikon. Carlijn is Dutch, an early bird, and works in physics but has a background in food technology. She likes summer, tomatoes, cooking, cycling and hiking. Her more obscure hobbies include winter guard and lettering. Agnes is from Germany, a night owl, a psychologist, and works against climate change. She loves LARP, board games, hiking, and yoga.
We're looking for someone friendly, considerate, clean and easy-going, who enjoys a chat in the evening but is also happy on their own. Would be good if you intend to stay a while, because we would like you to become a main tenant along with us.
COVID SITUATION: Agnes works from home, Carlijn works partly at home and goes to the lab most afternoons. We both have partners whom we meet regularly, and see friends occasionally, but have limited our social contacts a lot. Would be good if you have a similar take on the situation - some social contact is fine and necessary, but not too much.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (with an elevator), right next to a big square. It has a nice wooden floor, and a large, long kitchen/living room with one balcony on each side. The three bedrooms are in the corners. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner ... hammock, keyboard ... and glass fiber wifi (extra 18 chf/month). A parking space can be rented. The deposit is 3 months' rent. Some furniture (bed, desk, whiteboard, some shelves) is for sale (but not the furniture in the pictures).
You can move in anytime between 16.02. and 01.03.!
