Es werden 5 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, jedes mit einem Fenster und direktem Zugang zu einem eigenem Balkon. Die Zimmer sind von 13-25 m² + eigenem Balkonanteil für jedes Zimmer. Dazu für die mitnuztung stehent noch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer mit TV und Sofa, und 2 separate Bäder (1 mit Dusche und 1 mit Badewanne), Keller, etc.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Penthouse derzeit renoviert wird und ab ca. Mitte Oktober 2023 verfügbar sein wird. Dies wäre der erste Einzug nach der Renovierung. D.h. Besichtigungen sind aufgrund der Renovierung nicht im September, sondern erst ab Oktober möglich. Bei Interesse senden Sie uns bitte eine Nachricht / Ihre Kontaktdaten, und sobald sich die Renovierung dem Ende nähert, werden wir uns mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um einen Besichtigungstermin zu organisieren (voraussichtlich am 01.10.). Für alle Fragen stehen wir ab sofort zur Verfügung.
Je nach Zimmergröße liegen die Warmmieten mit allen Nebenkosten zwischen 500-700€. Bitte beachten Sie, dass nur langfristige Zimmervermietungen möglich sind.

There will be 5 separate rooms available, each with a window and direct access to its own balcony. Rooms are from 13-25 m² + own balcony part for each room. Furthermore, the apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, living room with TV and sofa, 2 separate bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), basement etc. Depending on the room size, the warm rents with all costs included are from 500-700€. Please be aware that only long-term room rentals are available.
Please note that the Penthouse is currently under renovation and will be available from ca. mid-October 2023. This would be the first move in after the renovation. i.e. Due to the renovation, the visits are not possible in September, but in October. In case of interest please send us a message /your contract details, and as soon the renovation is approaching the end, we will contact you to organize a visit (probably on 01.10.). For all of the questions, we are available now.

Das Penthaus befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk (5 OG) der CityPassage in Dietzenbach, ca. 350m vom S-Bahnhof Dietzenbach (Linie: S2) entfernt, der direkt zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof fährt.
Im eigenen Gebäude gibt es mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants. Direkt neben der Gebäude befindet sich Tegut (geöffnet von 07:00 bis 22:00 Uhr).
Zwischen Frankfurt und Dietzenbach gibt es einen größeren Wald mit zahlreichen Lauf- und Radwegen und anderen Aktivitäten.

The Penthaus is located on the top floor of CityPassage in Dietzenbach, which is ca. 350m away from the S-Bahn Station Dietzenbach (Line: S2), that directly goes to Frankfurt Mainstation. In the own building, there are several shops and restaurants. Just next to the building there is tegut market (open from 07-22h).
Between Frankfurt and Dietzenbach there is a larger forest with numerous running and biking trails among other activities.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Mitbewohner neu im Penthouse einziehen werden, so dass dies eine gute Möglichkeit ist, Ihr WG-Leben so zu gestalten, wie es Ihnen am besten passt.
Zu Beginn werden alle Zimmer einzeln vermietet (Vertrag pro Zimmer). Später, wenn jemand auszieht, werden wir die WG-Mieter bitten, zu entscheiden, wer stattdessen einziehen kann.

Please note that all of the tenants will be new in the Penthouse, so it's a great way to establish your WG-Life the best way it suits you. All of the rooms will be rented out individually (contract per room) at the beginning. Later on, when someone moves out, we will ask WG tenants to decide who can move in instead.
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine werden zur Verfügung stehen.
