Dank der zentralen Lage ist man schnell in der Altstadt, Neustadt, Löbtau und internalhalb von 10 Gehminuten am Bahnhof Mitte. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Mitte ist man auch schnell am Bahnhof Neustadt oder Hauptbahnhof. Der Weg ins riesa efau oder andere Lokale ist auch nicht weit. Zu Fuß kommt man in 4 Minuten zum Netto oder in circa 12 zum Rewe.

Das naheliegende Ostragehege ist auch nicht weit entfernt und lädt sehr zum spazieren gehen ein.

Debido a la proximidad a la estación Mitte, también puede llegar rápidamente a la estación Neustadt o a la estación principal. El camino a riesa efau u otros restaurantes tampoco está lejos. Puedes caminar a Netto en 4 minutos o a Rewe en unos 12 minutos.

El cercano Ostragehege también no está muy lejos y es un gran lugar para caminar.

Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach the Altstadt, Neustadt, Löbtau and within a 10-minute walk the Mitte train station. Ich bin Lisa und studiere gerade im Master Geographie und suche eine Mitbewohnerin* mit der ich mich gut verstehe und wir unkompliziert zusammen leben. Kommunikation ist mir sehr wichtig und ich wünsche mir, dass man Probleme offen anspricht und gemeinsam eine Lösung findet. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig & es wäre schön wenn, dass für dich auch der Fall ist und es da keine Konflikte gibt. Ansonsten ist es natürlich schön wenn wir ab und an was gemeinsam kochen und wenn es sich ergibt auch mal was gemeinsam unternehmen.

Da sowohl Nora als auch ich am Ende des Studiums sind und es vermutlich gegen Ende des Jahres abschließen ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass eine von uns dann weg zieht und eines der beiden Zimmer auch übernommen werden kann.

As both Nora and I are at the end of our studies and will probably finish towards the end of the year, it is very likely that one of us will then move away and one of the two rooms can be taken over.
