Hey ihr Lieben!
Leider müssen wir uns von unserem wunderbaren spanischen Mitbewohner verabschieden – aber das bedeutet, dass in unserer WG ein Platz für dich frei wird!
Zur Wohnung:
Unsere WG hat insgesamt fünf Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche mit Kamin, die perfekt für gemeinsame Abende ist. Das Beste? Ein Dachfenster, über das du aufs Dach klettern kannst – ideal für laue Sommernächte oder einfach einen entspannten Ausblick über die Stadt. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder sowie einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, also alles, was man so braucht.
Das freie Zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend für alles Notwendige und durch die Lage im dritten Stock schön hell.
Es wäre super, wenn du alle oder einen Teil der Möbel übernehmen möchtest – den Preis können wir dann gemeinsam festlegen. Dazu gehören:
- ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch,
- ein Bürostuhl,
- ein Bett mit einer 115 cm breiten Matratze (also groß genug für zwei Personen)
- und ein offener Kleiderschrank.
Alle Möbel wurden erst vor zwei Monaten neu gekauft und sind dementsprechend in einem super Zustand.

After the sad departure of our lovely Spanish flatmate, his place in our community is open for the next member.
About the apartment: In addition to the 5 rooms, the apartment has a large kitchen-living room with a fireplace and enough space for social gatherings. From here you can climb onto the roof through a skylight and spend wonderful evenings there. The common areas also include two bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Everything your heart desires is there too :)
The free room is not the biggest but bright and everything what you need fits in.
It would be great if you want to keep all or part of the furniture for a price that we agree on, it includes a lift table, office chair, bed and 115cm mattress (enough for two people) and an open wardrobe. All the furniture was bought new 2 months ago.
Unsere WG liegt super zentral zwischen Albertplatz und Elbe – beides ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Du bist mitten in der Neustadt und hast trotzdem mehr Ruhe als direkt im Partytrubel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Simmel, Lidl, Konsum, Aldi und Rossmann sind gleich um die Ecke und falls du oft unterwegs bist: Der Bahnhof Neustadt ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The shared apartment is centrally located between Albertplatz and the Elbe; Both can be reached in 5 minutes each. It's a super beautiful corner of Dresden and actually perfect if you want a cool and diverse life in the Neustadt and still need a little more peace.
Shops can be reached in just a few minutes (Simmel, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann…).
The Neustadt train station is also conveniently reachable on foot in about 5 minutes.
In der WG wohnen aktuell Robert (32, Archivar) Paulos (29, Ingenieur) und Lydia (29, Uhrmacherin). Wir sind eine entspannte, offene und gesellige Truppe, die gerne zusammen kocht, Spieleabende veranstaltet, einfach spontan zusammensitzt und auch mal feiern geht. Wir alle haben aber auch unser eigenes Leben, arbeiten allesamt und so ist es vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. Wichtig ist uns, dass es sauber und ordentlich bleibt.
Da einer von uns kein deutscher Muttersprachler ist, wäre es außerdem gut, wenn du dich auch auf Englisch verständigen könntest.

Your future roommates are Robert (32, archivist), Paulos (29, engineer) and Lydia (29, watchmaker). Everyone is super nice and funny and all other things can definitely be found out when we get to know each other :)
We are always happy about occasional cooking/game evenings or joint activities, celebrations and of course spontaneous sitting together. At the same time it is perfectly fine if you need also time for yourself as we all have our own lifes and are working full-time. We have a cleaning schedule and it is important for us that you value hygiene and order as well.
Alles Weitere können wir gerne persönlich besprechen.
