Looking for a cozy and convenient space for students? I'm offering my fully furnished room for sublet from January 25th to February 27th, at an affordable rate of 310 Euros.
The room comes with everything you need to feel at home: a comfortable bed, a spacious cupboard, shelf, desk, chair, and a table. You’ll enjoy your own private WC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the shared kitchen with two friendly flatmates. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pots, cutlery, and everything else you might need to cook up a meal, and you’ll also have your own dedicated cupboard and shelf for your items. The best part? You’ll only share the fridge with one roommate, ensuring plenty of space for your groceries.
Additional perks include access to a washing machine and drying area on the ground floor—perfect for your laundry needs.
I’m ideally looking for a person with good English skills, preferably a student or someone with an internship, and ideally under 25 years old. Female applicants are preferred.
The deposit is 300 Euros, which will be returned after a walk-through of the place on your departure.

Bist du auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen und praktischen Platz für Studenten? Ich biete mein komplett möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 25 Januar bis zum 27. Februar zu einem günstigen Preis von 310 Euro an.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst, um dich wie zu Hause zu fühlen: Ein bequemes Bett, ein geräumiger Schrank, ein Regal, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Tisch. Du hast dein eigenes privates WC, schnelles WLAN und eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Küche mit zwei freundlichen Mitbewohnern. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Tellern, Töpfen, Besteck und allem, was du zum Kochen brauchst. Außerdem hast du dein eigenes Fach und Regal für deine Sachen. Das Beste daran: Du teilst dir den Kühlschrank nur mit einem Mitbewohner, sodass genug Platz für deine Einkäufe bleibt.
Weitere Vorteile sind die Nutzung einer Waschmaschine und eines Trockenbereichs im Erdgeschoss – ideal für deine Wäschebedürfnisse.
Ich suche vorzugsweise eine Person mit guten Englischkenntnissen, idealerweise eine Studentin oder jemand mit einem Praktikum, und am besten unter 25 Jahre alt. Weibliche Bewerberinnen werden bevorzugt.
Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro, die nach einer Besichtigung des Zimmers bei deinem Auszug zurückerstattet wird.
