Ich vermiete tageweise (ca. 1-14) ein möbliertes Zimmer mit ca. 15 m^2 in einer traumhaften, hellen Wohnung in Düsseldorf Pempelfort. Im Zimmer sind bereits ein Bett mit Nachttisch, eine Kleiderstange und eine Kommode und auch ein kleiner Schreibtisch, Stuhl & Tisch.
Vom Zimmer aus blickt man auf einen der Balkone. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit elektrischen Rolläden ausgestattet, so also auch das Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist wie die ganze Wohnung ruhig und es befindet sich eine freundliche Mieterschaft im Haus.
I rent a furnished room with approx. 15 m^2 in a dreamy, bright apartment in Düsseldorf Pempelfort on a daily basis (ca. 1-14 days). The room already has a bed with a bedside table, a clothes rail and a chest of drawers and also a small desk, chair and table.
The room overlooks one of the balconies. The whole apartment is equipped with electric shutters, so is the room.
Like the whole apartment, the room is quiet and there are friendly tenants in the house.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Pempelfort.
Man ist sowohl vom Flughafen als auch vom Hauptbahnhof in ca. 15 min bei mir.
Alle möglichen Bahnstationen (Adlerstr., Düsseldorf Zoo S-Bahnhof, Wehrhahn S Bahnhof, Pempelfort U) sowie auch viele Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Lage direkt neben dem Hofgarten lädt zum spazieren / joggen ein und in der Innenstadt & Altstadt ist man zu Fuß auch in 10 Minuten.
Kulinarisch hat die Umgebung auch einiges zu bieten. Es gibt diverse Italiener, Asiatische und sonstige Restaurants.

You can reach me in about 15 minutes from both the airport and the main train station.
All possible train stations (Adlerstr., Düsseldorf Zoo S-Bahnhof, Wehrhahn S Bahnhof, Pempelfort U) as well as many supermarkets can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The location right next to the Hofgarten invites you to go for a walk / jog and you can walk to the city center and old town in 10 minutes.
The area also has a lot to offer in culinary terms. There are various Italian, Asian and other restaurants.
Ich bin berufstätig und freue mich über Reisende, Bewerber, Neuankömmlinge in Düsseldorf, usw. die zwischen 1 und ca. 14 Tagen eine Bleibe oder einen Startpunkt suchen.
Ich arbeite als Projektleiter in der Veranstaltungstechnik und habe mehr oder weniger einen "9 to 6" job bin aber Zwischendurch auch längere Zeit auf Projekten oder bis in die Puppen unterwegs. häufig auch im Homeoffice. Am Wochenende würde ich mich freuen mal mehr Zeit Zuhause auf einem der schönen Balkone zu verbringen (Dort ist es traumhaft!) oder in Düsseldorf umherzuziehen, auch für mich gibt es hier noch viel zu entdecken..
Ich habe einen kleinen entspannten Sohn, den ich häufig besuche und der auch gerne gelegentlich nach Düsseldorf kommt. Daher ist das Zimmer auch nur zeitweise zu bekommen, aber alles in individueller Absprache
Ansonsten mache ich gerne Sport In Form von Fitnessstudio, Sportkursen, Joggen oder Rennradfahren, Fotografiere, mache gemütliche Fahrradtouren, gehe aus und so weiter.
