Da ich über die Ferien in mein Heimatland zurückkehre, werde ich mein Zimmer für fast zwei Monate untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und Stuhl sowie einem Kleiderschrank. Aus dem Fenster haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Fluss, der nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt liegt.
Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wir haben auch schnelles WLAN (100 Mbit/s).Im Mietpreis (350 Euro) ist alles enthalten.

Since I am returning to my home country for the holidays, I will be subletting my room for almost 2 months.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk and chair and a wardrobe. From the window you have a beautiful view of the river, which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. We also have fast wifi(100Mbit/s).Everything is included in the rental price (350 euros).
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Laar und liegt in der Nähe des Flusses. Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Außerdem gibt es Aldi, Kaufland und Penny in der Nähe.
The apartment is located in the Laar district and is close to the river. The train station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Moreover there is Aldi, Kaufland and Penny nearby.
Wir sind internationale Studierende, die entweder Studierende an der Uni oder Sprachstudenten sind. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit hier. Wenn Sie jemals Hilfe benötigen, sind sie immer bereit, Ihnen zu helfen.
