This room is SHARED roo for TWO persons, not a single room.
Rent 320 EUR !PER PERSON!
We search for 2 (!TWO!) Persons who will rent the room together and will live in the room together.
Official rental contract with ANMELDUNG (city registration)
2 separate beds for each and all necessary furniture are provided.

WG-room will be provided to 2 tenants fully furnished:

The kitchen has with all the necessary equipment.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance from the street.
Warm rent includes the following costs per Room: Kaltmiete, all utility costs incl. Heating and Electricity.
Tenants need to pay additionally only for Internet (ca 10 EUR per person) and Radio&TV tax GEZ (3 EUR per person) directly to providers.

The warm 330 EUR PER PERSON rent includes: cold rent, electricity, utility costs and heating.
Costs for Internet (~8 EUR), and GEZ (~3 EUR) per month per room are NOT included in the rent, and need to be paid by tenant additionally directly to the providers.
The deposit is fixed 800 EUR per PErson and can be paid in 2 instalments in 2 months (400/ 400).
An official Rental contract and Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung (document for city registration) are provided.
I am the owner of the house and landlord, not a tenant.
