Hey there,
I have to rent my room in a two-bedroom flat due to the fact I have to go back to Germany on 13.04.2012. The vacant room (large) has a double-bed, two wardrobes, mirrors … it's fully furnished. Furthermore there is a large and bright living room with a huge sofa, bookshelf, wine rack, two gold fish. The kitchen has an oven (incl. grill), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, freezer, fridge, dishes etc. The flat has central heating (gas), internet (30MBit).
The flat is located in Newington. Rent is 300GBP (plus deposit 300GBP) without bills and another 14GBP for Internet ppm. It's very close to plenty of bus lines and a large shopping mall including a huge Sainsbury's.
Your flatmate will be a 25 male, postgraduate student at Edinburgh University.
