Hey fellow students!
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our 4-room shared flat in Everhardt van der Marckstraat, starting from *01.09.2024*. The room is approx. 9m2 in size ,very bright due to the large windows and is located on the 3rd floor of our house (which you will have all to yourself). The furniture can also be taken over, we will discuss the price later on :)!
The room is around 490€, including utilities.
There are two bathrooms, one with just a toilet and a sink, the other one is fully equipped, a nice kitchen with a big fridge and there’s a small garden in the back, including a shed where you can park your bike. The living room is the center of the house, with a cozy atmosphere and a large couch!
Since you are most likely going to be studying here in Enschede, the location is perfect. You can be on campus in about 7 minutes by bike, the city center in about 10 minutes, and Stores for grocery shopping are right around the corner as well.
You would be living with Laia, Peter and Felix, who all study at the UT. Laia is doing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Peter is studying for a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering and Felix is doing his Bachelor in Communication Science.
Due to the landlords request we can only take *female applicants*.
