In der WG sind noch 4 Zimmer zu vergeben, welche unterschiedlich groß sind.
Das Erste Zimmer (unten links 1) ist 17 qm groß und die Kaltmiete liegt bei 370 Euro.
Das Zweite Zimmer (unten links 2) was man auf den Bildern erkennen kann ist ungefähr 12 qm groß und die Kaltmiete liegt bei 320 Euro.
Das dritte Zimmer (unten links 3) kann man als Doppelzimmer mieten und ist perfekt für ein kleines privates Büro oder ähnlich nutzbar. Diese beiden Zimmer sind insgesamt 25 qm groß und die Kaltmiete liegt bei 517 Euro.
Das andere Zimmer welches noch verfügbar ist, ist ähnlich geschnitten, dieses kann ebenso besichtigt werden.
Die Warmmiete variiert natürlich auch nach der Zimmergröße. Das Internet wird unter allen Mietern aufgeteilt und ist in der Warmmiete beinhaltet.

The first room (bottom left 1) is 17 square meters and the basic rent is 370 euros.
The second room (bottom left 2) which you can see in the pictures is about 12 square meters and the rent is 320 Euro.
The third room (bottom left 3) can be rented as a double room and is perfect for a small private office or similar. These two rooms are a total of 25 square meters and the rent is 517 euros.
The other room that is still available has a similar layout and can also be viewed.
Miscellaneous or additional fees are added for heating and electricity costs as well as for the Internet fee. It will be calculated individually for the rooms. More specific information about this can be given answered during the viewing appointments.
Das Haus befindet sich direkt im Herzen Erfurts, am Domplatz. Die Bahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und man kommt von dort aus überall hin. Rund um das Haus hat man viele Restaurants und Cafés. In der Straße befindet sich außerdem ein Tegut, in welchem man Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.
The house is located right in the heart of Erfurt, at Domplatz. The train stop is right outside the front door and you can go anywhere from there. There are many restaurants and cafés around the building. There is also a Tegut supermarket in the street where you can buy groceries.
Bis jetzt Wohnen 3 berufstätige Person in dieser WG. Da es sich jedoch um eine WG Neugründung handelt, ist noch alles möglich!
So far, 3 employed people live in this shared flat. However, as this is a new shared flat, anything is still possible!
