Auf der Suche nach einer WG/Zimmer in Erlangen

Hello. My name is Minhaj Ahmed Moin and I am an International Student at the University of Erlangen Nuernberg for a Master’s in Information and Communication Tech, coming to Germany in the last few days of March 2024 and will be looking for long-term renting. I am 25 years old and currently live in Karachi, Pakistan. I don’t smoke nor have any pets and I keep myself and my surroundings clean and tidy. I am a friendly person and can get along pretty well with other people, and respect other cultures and customs. My hobbies are playing video games and watching movies/TV Series. I also like to travel and have plans to travel around Bavaria. I am still learning German, but I hope I will have developed at least some working proficiency when I arrive.
I don't have a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) rating as I am a foreigner but can provide my blocked account confirmation as proof of income if needed. I would prefer furnished housing.

Ich rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere und halte mich und meine Umgebung sauber und ordentlich. Ich bin ein freundlicher Mensch, komme gut mit anderen Menschen zurecht und respektiere andere Kulturen und Bräuche. Meine Hobbys sind Videospiele und das Ansehen von Filmen/Fernsehserien. Ich reise auch gerne und habe Pläne, durch Bayern zu reisen. Ich lerne immer noch Deutsch, aber ich hoffe, dass ich bei meiner Ankunft zumindest einige Arbeitskenntnisse entwickelt habe.
Da ich Ausländer bin, habe ich keine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) -Bewertung, kann aber bei Bedarf meine Sperrkontobestätigung als Einkommensnachweis vorlegen.Ich würde möbliertes Wohnen bevorzugen.
