The room is located in the attic of two -story shared apartment, which in turn is located in a house that consists of three shared appartements. It is furnished and the room includes:
- A bed (90*200)
- A desk and a chair
- Two closets
The room has been converted into a beautiful kind of loft due to its location in the attic. In addition to the normal floor, there is an an area on the very top that can be reached via a ladder and extends over the hallway behind it which can be used as storage space. The room also has a light switch and lamp in addition to the main. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and all the furnishings are therefore still nice and new.
The rent for the room is €515( warm rent: cold rent + advance payment for additional costs) and there is also 52.7 for electricity ,GEZ and other costs that arise in shared appartement.( consumables, etc.)
In addition to the 5 rooms, the appartement has fully equipped kitchen, which is a social center for the shared appartement, 2 bathrooms, which are always shared in groups of 3, and a small extra room that has so far been used for drying laundry. there is also a lockable bicycle cellar and a parking space that has not yet been rented out.

We are a diverse group of people, as we study and work in very different areas. In addition to our studies/work, we are all very enthusiastic about sports and like to do them together. So you will meet swimmers, gym-goers, climbers and joggers. Joint activities such as after-work beers, going out to party, game nights, cooking (or ordering) or planting on our roof terrace usually happen naturally. Hence, we are looking for:

* The people living are both Germans and internationals ;hence, Internationals are welcome
Our togetherness is very important to us, so it is crucial that you want to get involved in shared apartment life( eg Scheduled cleaning).
If you can imagine that you might like it here, please write a few lines about yourself, what you do in Erlangen, how you like to spend your free time and what your hobbies are. Both online and in person viewing are possible also meeting time are usually preferred after working hours (after 17:00) i.e can be agreed.
