Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit:
- einem Schreibtisch 142x50 cm & Stuhl
- Kleiderschrank 120x60x90 cm
- Einzelbett mit dicker Matratze und Decke 90x200 cm
- Bettisch 37x28 cm
- Regal 89x30x179 cm
Es gibt ein großes Fenster. Der Bahnhof Universität Essen ist nur 350m entfernt.
Es gibt außerdem eine helle Küche mit großem Fenster und Esstisch, 1 Badezimmer und 1 Gästetoilette.
Es wäre toll, wenn Sie:
- weiblich
- Nichtraucher
- keine Haustiere haben
Sie werden die Wohnung mit 2 Mädchen (Alter 25-28) teilen, die Vollzeit arbeiten, ordentlich, wirklich nett und freundlich sind. Sie sprechen Englisch und Deutsch.

Hi, I am subletting my room for 6 months, possibly to extend to 1 year, and looking for a female while I am away, starting from March 1st, 2025. The room is fully furnished, you just need to bring your suitcase.
The room is equipped with:
- a desk 142x50 cm & chair
- wadrobe 120x60x90 cm
- Single bed with thick mattress and blanket 90x200 cm
- Bedside cabinet 37x28 cm
- Bookshelf 89x30x179 cm
The room has a big window. The station Universität Essen is just 350m away.
There is also a bright kitchen with a big window and a dining table, 1 bathroom, and 1 guest toilet.
It would be great if you are:
- Female
- non-smoker
- has no pets
You will share the apartment with 2 girls (age range 25-28), working full-time, tidy, really nice, and friendly. They can speak English and German.
