Description of the flat:
The location offered at Plattenweg 6 is a shared flat for 3 persons. The flat was renovated in 2010, offers a
modern bathroom and a new kitchen (incl. dishwasher and big fridge). The common area has around 18,5 m² and offers enough space to gather with your flatmates. It faces southwest and offers a nice mountain view. The rooms are fully furnished, as well is the kitchen and the bathroom. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The outside terrace/garden on the east side of the house is around 30 m².
There are 3 parking spaces available (additional costs) just next to the flat. 2 spaces in a carport offered for € 20 each and 1 parking space in the open air for € 10.

The flat is situated at Plattenweg 6 in 6800 Feldkirch – Tosters in Austria on a hillside facing a beautiful mountain
scenery close to the boarder of Lichtenstein (around 700 m away).
There is a bus stop “Hub” (250 m) close by with busses going to the City Center of Feldkirch Mo.-Sa. every 30
Min. with many connections from there. Further there is a busstop “Mauren Post” in Mauren (1,8 km) with a
bus going to Hilti AG, Schaan (11 min.) – around 30 min. for the trip in total.
By car it takes 11 min to Hilti AG in “Schaan” (9 km).
The next supermarket is 2,3 km away in the center of “Tosters”. Further there is a bakery, a bank office and a
butchery. For outdoor activities there is a forest in 2 minutes walking distance with many paths for cycling or
running.
The persons living in the flat are studtents from all over Europe mostly doing an internship in a company or studying at the university in Liechtenstein.
