Ich verlasse mein Zimmer in einem schönen, geräumigen, kürzlich renovierten Haus in der ruhigen und angenehmen Gegend Bergen-Enkheim Frankfurt. Es gibt eine große Küche (mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, zwei Kühlschränken und einer Teekanne) und ein komfortables Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Eine weitere Toilette befindet sich im Obergeschoss, nur eine Stufe von meinem Zimmer entfernt. Ein Parkplatz und eine große Garage sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Miete, inklusive Strom, Gas und Internet, beträgt 410 Euro. Ein Rewe-Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und zwei Banken sind nur 50 Meter entfernt. Mehrere Bushaltestellen (u.a. nach Offenbach und Bad Villbel) befinden sich in der Nähe, mit Anschluss an die U-Bahnlinien U4 und U7.
Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro, der Vermieter nimmt nur Bewerbungen von Berufstätigen entgegen.

I'm leaving my room in a nice, spacious, recently renovated house in the quiet and pleasant Bergen-Enkheim Frankfurt area. There is a large kitchen (with a dishwasher, a washing machine, two fridges, a teapot), and a comfortable bathroom in the first floor. There is another toilet upstairs, just one step from my room. A parking space and a large garage are also available. The rent, including electricity, gas and internet, is 410 euros. A Rewe supermarket, a pharmacy and two banks are only 50 meters away. Several bus stops (to Offenbach and Bad Villbel, among others) are nearby, with connections to the U4 and U7 subway lines.
The deposit is 600 euros, the landlord only accepts applications from working people.
