Schönes WG-Zimmer mit Parkblick

Die Wohnung liegt im neuen Viertel 'Rebstock', welches zum Stadtteil Bockenheim gehört und direkt neben dem Europaviertel liegt. Die Haltestelle Leonardo-da-Vinci-Allee ist gerade mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von hier aus fährt die Tram 17, Bus 34 und 50.

Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 7min an der Messe, in 10min der Bockenheimer Warte, in 15min am Hauptbahnhof, in 20min an der Konstabler Wache und in 20-25min am Campus Westend.

Viel schneller geht alles sogar noch mit dem Fahrrad; besonders der Weg zum Campus Bockenheim (8min) oder zum Campus Westend (15-20min)

The apartment is located in the new district 'Rebstock', which belongs to the Bockenheim district and is right next to the Europavietel. The Leonardo-da-Vinci-Allee stop is just a two-minute walk away. Tram 17, Bus 34 and 50 run from here. By public transport you are in 10 minutes at the fair, in 10 minutes at the Bockenheimer Warte, in 15 minutes at the main train station, in 20 minutes at the Konstabler Wache and in 20-25 minutes at the Westend campus.

Very convenient location for groceries as tegut is 3 min away and Rewe 6 min away walking. You can reach Aldi with bus 50 in about 7 min.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Violeta, Fatma und Namrata, die zwischen 25-29 Jahre alt sind und im Berufsleben stehen. Unser WG Leben harmoniert sehr gut, wir sind alle auf einer Wellenlänge. Mal ist jeder für sich allein, mal sitzen wir alle zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon für ein gemeinsames Frühstück. Sauberkeit bildet für uns einen Grundstein des Zusammenlebens. Untereinander sprechen wir die meiste Zeit auf englisch.

Die Wohnung ist ca.110m2 groß. Zum einen haben wir zwei Bäder, die wir untereinander pärchenweise aufteilen. Zum anderen haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine komplett neue Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie einen 10m2 großen Balkon, welcher zur Südseite liegt und folglich viele angenehme Sonnenstunden ermöglicht.

Your future roommates are Fatma, Violeta and Namrata. We are all in our late 20s and full time employed. The WG life is pleasant and friendly. Sometimes everyone enjoys some alone time and sometimes we enjoy our time together with a breakfast on the balcony. Keeping a clean household is key for harmony. Since we are all from different countries, we mostly speak English to each other.

The apartment is about 110m2. On the one hand, we have two bathrooms, which we divide among themselves in pairs. On the other hand, we have a large living room, a completely new kitchen with dishwasher and a 10m2 balcony, which faces south and consequently allows many pleasant hours of sunshine.

Das Zimmer steht ab dem 1. März 2025 zu Verfügung.

Unter anderem ist noch zu erwähnen, dass eine Abschlagszahlung von 150€ auf dich zukommen wird. Diese Kosten beziehen sich größtenteils auf die elektrischen Geräte, die wir gemeinsam nutzen (z.B. Waschmaschine & Trockner und die Balkonmöbel). Beim Auflösen der WG erhälst du die Verkaufseinnahmen anteilsmäßig zurück.

Sie müssen auch die Möbel des Zimmers für 400€ (Bett + Matratze und Schrank) vom ausziehenden Mieter zurückkaufen.

Wir würde gerne wissen, was du so in Frankfurt vor hast und wie du dir das WG Leben vorstellst :)

Anschließend könnten wir telefonieren und einen potentiellen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen; Online Rundgänge sind selbstverständlich auch möglich :)

The room will be available from March 1st 2025. You may be able to move in earlier if the room becomes available sooner.

Among other things, it should be mentioned that you will have to pay a down payment of 140€. These costs are mostly related to the electrical appliances that we share (e.g. washing machine and the balcony furniture). When you dissolve the shared apartment, you will get back the sales revenue proportionally.


You should also buy back the bedroom furniture for €400 (bed + mattress and wardrobe) from the outgoing tenant.

We would like to know what you plan to do in Frankfurt and how you imagine the WG life :)

Afterwards we could talk on the phone and arrange a potential viewing appointment; online tours are of course also possible :)
