Hello! I am leaving my room for a year and I am looking for a woman who wants to live here during the time I will be away. First of all, I would like to know if you are interested in the room following my description and in agreement with the move-in date which would be in February, please contact me and I will send you photos of the room myself or I can also make a video call without any problem. Below I will tell you some details. It is located in a very good area, very close to Berger straße here in Frankfurt. There is everything around, starting with restaurants, bars, parks, squares and ending with the most important thing, which is how close it is to the bus stop, the metro and the tram. My roommate is a German woman, she is very kind and friendly (she speaks German and English). She is really a very nice person and very sociable too. In this case, she only accepts women in the flat, so that is why I am exclusively looking for a woman to occupy my room only during that year that I will be away. It would be for moving in February 2025. The room is fully furnished with everything you need (some things I will also leave here, so that the person who stays that long can use it carefully).
