I'm offering my room for rent from 01.02 to 31.06, and maybe for longterm. The room is 12 m², fully furnished and with a private balcony. It is on the fifth floor and there is a lift. The flat was renovated last year and the lift was overhauled in 2024. There is bike parking and a bin room at the bottom of the building.
The flat-sharing arrangement has been in place for a year.
If you are interested in the room, please contact me with a few words about yourself and send me the requested documents. If your file matches, I'll pass it on to the estate agency :)

Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Miete vom 01.02 bis 31.06. und vielleicht für längere. Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß, voll möbliert und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Es liegt im fünften Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr renoviert und der Aufzug wurde 2024 überholt. Es gibt einen Fahrradabstellplatz und einen Müllraum im unteren Teil des Gebäudes.
Die WG-Vereinbarung besteht seit einem Jahr.
Wenn Sie an dem Zimmer interessiert sind, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte mit ein paar Worten über sich und senden Sie mir die gewünschten Unterlagen. Wenn Ihre Akte übereinstimmt, leite ich sie an die Immobilienagentur weiter :)

The flat share consists of 4 people: 3 boys aged between 21 and 27. Two people are working and another is studying. The flatmates speak German and English.
The shared kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, hotplates, a fridge, a water heater and bins for waste separation. The bathroom is shared and has a washing machine.
As far as housekeeping is concerned, we meet every week to clean all the rooms from top to bottom: It's quicker if you get to work together!
Die WG besteht aus 4 Personen: 3 Jungs, im Alter zwischen 21 und 27 Jahren. Zwei arbeiten und der andere studiert. Die Mitbewohner sprechen Deutsch und Englisch.
Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mülleimern zur Mülltrennung ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer wird gemeinsam genutzt und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine.
Was die Hauswirtschaft angeht, treffen wir uns jede Woche, um alle Zimmer von oben bis unten zu putzen: Gemeinsam geht es schneller!
