Da ich über den Sommer länger unterwegs bin, suche ich eine Zwischenmiete für mein schönes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15.07. beziehbar, nach Absprache entweder bis zum 15.08. oder 31.08. Es ist sehr groß (ca. 25 qm!) und schön ruhig, da die Fenster zum Innenhof gehen.
Ich würde die Kommode, die Kleiderstange, den Schreibtisch und das stufige Regal leer räumen, damit genug Platz für deine Sachen ist.
Im angegebenen Gesamtmietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten, inklusive Strom, GIZ und Internet, enthalten.
Neben dem Zimmer besteht die WG noch aus einer voll ausgestatteten großen Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie einer separaten Toilette – was das WG-Leben vor allem morgens sehr unkompliziert macht. Außerdem haben wir ein eigenes Kellerabteil sowie einen Hof, um zum Beispiel das Fahrrad abzustellen.
Since I'll be travelling over the summer, I will sublet my beautiful room. The room is available from July 15th., either until August 15th or August 31st. It is very large (approx. 25 sqm!) and nice and quiet, because the windows are facing the courtyard.
I would clear out the dresser, clothes rail, desk and shelf so there is enough room for your stuff.
The total rent includes all utilities, including electricity, GIZ and internet.
In addition to the room, the WG consists of a fully equipped large kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet - which makes the WG life very uncomplicated, especially in the morning. In addition, we have our own basement compartment and a courtyard (e.g. for a bike).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone der Königsteiner Straße in Frankfurt-Höchst. Von hier aus hat man optimale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE und DM gegenüber, zum Höchster Marktplatz sind es 5 min). Der Bahnhof Höchst ist in ca. 7 Gehminuten erreichbar - von hier aus fahren die S1 und S2 in die Innenstadt (ca 9 min zum Hauptbahnhof und 13 min zur Konstablerwache). Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Zuckschwerdtstrasse befindet sich nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der WG entfernt.
Für Naturliebhaber*innen sind das Mainufer, der Niddapark und die Schwanheimer Dünen ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt und bieten sich für Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren oder zum Joggen gut an.
The apartment is very centrally located in the pedestrian zone of Königsteiner Straße in Frankfurt-Höchst. From here you have optimal shopping possibilities (REWE and DM opposite, to the Höchst market place it is 5 min). The train station Höchst is about 7 minutes walk away - from here the S1 and S2 go to the city center (about 9 min to the main station and 13 min to Konstablerwache). The tram stop Zuckschwerdtstrasse is only about 5 minutes walk from the WG.
For nature lovers, the Mainufer, the Niddapark and the Schwanheimer Dünen are also not far away and are ideal for walks, bike rides or jogging.
Außer dir würden in der WG noch Felix (27, studiert Physik) sowie eine zweite Person, die wir aktuell noch suchen (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Frankfurt-am-Main-Hoechst.7734245.html), wohnen. Felix ist ein super lieber und offener Mensch, der immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche oder ein abendliches Getränk zu haben ist.
Uns ist ein harmonisches und solidarisches WG-Leben wichtig und wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen, einem Filmabend, einfach entspannt Quatschen in der Küche, beim Spazieren an der Nidda oder bei einem Barbesuch.
Sehr wichtig sind uns Toleranz und Offenheit sowie eine klare Haltung gegen Homophobie, Sexismus, Rassismus und allgemeines scheiße sein :)!
Besides you, Felix (27, studies physics) and a second person who we are currently still looking for (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Frankfurt-am-Main-Hoechst.7734245.html) would live in the WG. Felix is a super nice and open-minded person who is always down for a chat in the kitchen or an evening drink.
A harmonic and social WG-life is important to us and we like to spend time together, whether it is cooking together, watching a movie, just chatting in the kitchen, walking along the Nidda or going to a bar.
Very important to us are tolerance and open-mindedness as well as a clear stance against homophobia, sexism, racism and other shitty ideologies :)!
